Burger King established a "Million Dollar Whopper Contest" to collect customers' finest Whopper ideas. Enter to win $1 million and have your
innovation served in US restaurants for a limited time. According to a news release, the Whopper has over 200,000 customizable combinations
Burger King is about Having It Your Way, and this contest embodies that. Burger King's chief marketing officer, Pat O'Toole, said more than
50% of Guests customize their Whopper burger, and now the choices are unlimited.
Only Burger King Royal Perks members can enter the contest, but signing up is free, so non-members shouldn't miss out on a million
dollars. The Burger King contest page (BK.com/MDW) requires participants to submit their proposal by March 17. Up to eight toppings are available for Whoppers.
Burger King will render client Whopper designs using AI after receiving their ideas. Guest can add a background and A.I.-generated jingle to the rendering and share it on social media.
Burger King's contest judges will bring three finalists to Miami's company headquarters in 2024. According to the news statement
Guests will then try the three final Whoppers and vote for their favorites. Customer creation with the most votes wins $1 million.
