Feel free to customize this Cobb Salad recipe based on your preferences. You can add or omit ingredients to suit your taste.

INGREDIENTS

– 4 cups mixed salad greens (romaine, iceberg, or your choice) – 2 cups cooked and diced chicken breast – 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved – 1 cup cucumber, diced – 1 cup avocado, diced – 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled – 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced – 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Cook and dice the chicken breast. Cook the bacon until crispy and crumble it.

In a large salad bowl or individual serving plates, arrange the mixed greens as the base.
