Costco Is Allegedly Launching a New Food Court Sandwich

Costco's food court options change like its shelves. A recent social media post claims the warehouse club's food court will get a turkey and Swiss sandwich

A Reddit user captioned a photo of the alleged item "New Costco Food Court Turkey Sandwich?" this week. This sandwich will have a bun with

"brown" turkey, Swiss cheese, sun-dried tomato spread, green leaf lettuce, and dijon mustard, according to Instagram user

Just another dry, chilly sandwich. Instant pass. It will likely cost more than toasted turkey provolone. "Another failure," said another.

Costco's food court discontinued a heated turkey and provolone sandwich during the pandemic. The "turkey pesto sandwich," as some

buyers name it, contained oven-browned turkey, provolone cheese, red onion, tomatoes, and basil garlic mayonnaise on a toasted torta bun.

One wrote, "If it's not going through a panini press I don't think most people will be interested."

Our request for comment on the turkey and Swiss sandwich rollout was not immediately answered by Costco.

Last week, consumers reported the disappearance of the food court's roast beef sandwich, which has drawn criticism for its $9.99 price.

Multiple Reddit users stated the turkey and Swiss sandwich will replace the roast beef sandwich in the latest thread.
