– 1 lb (450g) salmon fillets, skin removed
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
– 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
– 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey or maple syrup, grated ginger, minced garlic.
